Hi guys,
Is anyone else doing the eyeliner trial with them??? I am doing it at the mo. Its supposed to be a six day trial. I received it on the 7th so the end date should be the 12th but online it says the end date is the 9th. I have received two emails asking me to complete the questionnaire but I have also received an email saying the start date is the 7th and the end date is the 12th and these are the dates I must adhere too. Really dont know what to do as I would really like to be asked to do more trials (I LOVE FREEBIES). I have tried contacting them twice regarding this but have had no response. Also does anyone know where the FAQ section is on this website. I have tried to find it but I must have blinkers on cos I cant see it!!
Pls help!!!! Thanks in advance.

I've asked them several times after a trial is over, but never been told so don't think you'll ever find out unfortunately going on that - however I know some of the make up and toiletries stuff is Tesco Barbara Daly stuff due to testing a particular product ages and ages ago that later I saw in Tesco and it was the only product like it on the market anywhere....(same flavour/smell and colours etc too). Who else they do I haven't been able to work it out, but doing a bit of detective work can help.

Never go on the basis of the amount of days the trial is for, always go on the actual date on the website - I did once have a product that only turned up the day the quesionaire had to be done, quickly went and tested it and filled in the questionaire. If it's something over time I use it a couple of times (ie handwash) and use my nogin to think what it might be like in my opinon. At the end of the day first impressions count for a lot when testing this stuff (well, with anything really), so you'll probably know how you basically feel about it at the very start. If it doesn't get there until after the questionaire was meant to be filled in, just tick the 'sample didn't arrive' box, like echo says - I've had this too and still gotten trials from them.
Sounds stupid, but I don't think their interface on trials is the easiest ever (due to loads and loads showing that you never got a chance to join in imho), but could you be on two different trials at all, one finishing on the 12th , the other on the 9th? At the end of the day I don't really think they count it if you muck one or two up, it's overall over time, so if you are allowed to fill in a questionnaire (ie, if you're too early you just can't access it) just go fill it in. Good luck.Do not feed the trolls please.0 -

I am doing the eyeliner trial as well, and got the same email you did about the finishing date now being 12th August. I noticed they had not changed the closing date on the trials page, and suspected I would get a reminder one the next morning, and of course I did.
I clicked on reply and explained that I had been following their explicit instructions not to do the questionnaire until 12th but would fill it in straight away anyway if they wished. I waited for a while and no contradictory email came (sometimes, if enough people let them know their mistake, they email with fresh advice and apologise for their mess up).
I therefore filled it in based on the knowledge of the product I already had. I think this is the best thing to do (I agree with PixiePie) as I think the reminder emails are automated and if you ignore them, your number of 'reliability stars' are automatically reduced. This was the experience of someone else I read about on another forum.

I have done about 200 trials for them from bras, to rubble sacks, loads of cosmetics and toiletries, engine oil. You sometimes get a survey and get rewarded with a product or advantage points, they are fab I get upset if I dont get a trial every day.:j0
