Dear XXXX,
Thank you for your E mail. Please accept my apologies that you are
experiencing problems.
It appears that the programming language used to design the website has
compatibility problems with Mozilla Firefox.
If you are using Firefox as your internet browser, to complete your
registration would it be possible to logon to the website using a computer
with Internet Explorer. Once you have registered you would only need to
update your details if you changed address or included another family
member.
If you are not using Firefox, please could I ask:
1) Which operating system are you using? For example Windows XP, Macintosh
OS-X, Windows 95 etc.
2) Which internet browser are you using and which version? For example
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 (note that the version number can
usually be found by going to the Help menu and clicking on the menu item
"About").
Regards
Sandra Sidney

I just clicked one even though it wasn't relevant, because it came up as 'section incomplete' if i didn't.
when my mum got stuf from them in the past it was pretty good, like they gave u tinted moisturiser and mascara and face cream, and none of them were rubbish. it's a shame they dont seem to have anything atm tho0 -
