'theoretically able' refers to an action that I have not yet taken but I understand that I could if I wish to.
Please refer to previous posts on this forum where it (correctly) states that the full £35k investment is returned (with no charges/deductions).0 -
The word 'confer' has 2 popular definitions.
I believe you are not aware of one of them? ...
confer definition: 1. to exchange ideas on a particular subject, often in order to reach a decision on what action to take.

I realise this is an old post but just to add - I unfortunately a customer of this company and they are able to offer these kind of returns by scamming their customers out of hundreds of pounds. Refusing to pay back large security deposits and trying to charge for damage, petrol, pick up fees that haven’t occurred. You may well make money out of this company if you invest but if you have a conscience you will stay away as it is at the expense and distress of the customer. We are now at a point where we have to take legal action to recover our money.0

This company is now in administration.
Those investors will now realise that their "security" is a chattel mortgage registered at Companies House using the chassis number only for the motor home. No registration number used which was the USP for the scam. As the cash dried up some of the motor homes were re-used as security (meaning you have a 3/4/5/ year old vehicle as security worth a fraction of your investment) whilst others were pledged twice or didn't exist. In the meantime as no registration numbers were given (so no HPi protection) others were sold to finance companies and placed on hire purchase agreements. In those instances at least the investors will probably have priority and the finance companies will take the hit.
As several previous posts said- if it's too good to be true...and they always keep paying until they can't...0 -

The reason I responded to the thread is that although I'm not directly connected with the company, I do have an interest in it as I want people to continue to enjoy the use of the motorhomes. If you check your facts, you will see that the company currently has 200+ vehicles on its books and has been in business since 2001. There is no risk associated with investing with them, so if you happen to be lucky enough to be able to invest with them, I would highly recommend doing so. In fact, a number of investors go for more than one vehicle.
What could possibly go wrong?
Oh.
