Back in 2015, I took the plunge and invested £36,000 for 3 years. Nowhere else could I get 10% return on my Investment. Best thing I ever did, on the 1st of each month I received my Interest without fail. My son enjoyed the free weeks use of the Motorhome every year, really enjoyed himself. April 2018 was the end of our investment, 3rd May 2018 received my cheque for £36,000 back.
I can highly recommend this as an investment.
Wow, what are the chances that someone [STRIKE]shilling[/STRIKE] highly recommending this chooses this as their first post? ;)

Perhaps, o wise one, you might care to share your financial circumstances and investment strategy in more detail (and a (redacted) photo of the cheque)....

I googled their reviews ....most seem to be 1 or at best 2 star with lots of dissatisfied customers..however I am going to ignore all that and take the advise of the wise investor...where do I sign?

Surely you won't be able to sign anything with that straitjacket on? ;)

to me..just reading this post shows exactly why you should read all the threads and see with your own eyes how people associated in one way or another blatantly join up etc...to say how good this is.
any sensible human being can see what they are doing..
they should be banned from this site and any talk of such stupid things.
there is no way that you should even think of investing in this way.
but its amazing still to me that people actually do think that after 1 or 2 posts saying that there investment is sound etc...expect people to believe them...

Noooo, keep posting. Because these simpletons don't appreciate that the more they post this drivel and MSErs respond the higher the thread appears in Google when people do a search. ;)

Just a short mention to fly in the face of those critics here over the last few years ….
I still have my 35k investment with UBH and I still receive £300 each & every month - on the dot (equivalent to just over 10% APR). Never have they defaulted or delayed any monthly payment.

I confer, it was (and still is) a financial risk but I feel lucky to have already received back more than 50% of my initial investment and to still be (theoretically) able to recall 100% of my original investment of £35k.

I have no financial interest in this company (or any other - private or public in the world) …. I use this purely as my 2nd pension - it pays similar to my other private pension that cost me £50 a month for c.40 years.

I am seeking (but not finding) any other investment that can provide similar returns.

If anyone can suggest any better yields - I will be grateful.

    Cheers

You should check out some of the P2P lending platforms, where yields of 12-15% are not uncommon. For example, Ablrate, Moneything, Funding Secure. Risks are comparable to what you are invested in, but you can spread it over a number of different borrowers and types of asset (e.g. property, jewellery, business assets, vehicles etc).

Every scheme that failed never defaulted and paid their money until they stopped.

its the level of risk that is the issue. This is highly speculative level with 100% loss potential.

What does "theoretically able" mean? If you instructed them to encash your investment today, what would they actually pay into your bank account?
