I think the majority of regular posters here always give the benefit of the doubt to 'newbies'... :) it is however, natural to ask questions of someone. Nothing you posted was 'new news' its all out there on other reputable sites and even newspapers.

Bear in mind that this is a different (hilariously inept) user, not the original jennyjenkins

I read all the posts from both because I'm interested in the theories as to why the pip backlog. Nothing rang true.

I don't doubt they are 2 different posters, but neither work for the tribunals service. On the outside chance they do they can email https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/contact-and-help he'll verify and get the 'story' out.

Atos do seem to be witholding information though, 'Auditing' is the common word being bounced around can anyone confirm they are 'Auditing' or are they holding information to ransom? The DWP are never going to admit it if they cannot even process claims due to Atos playing Keepie's.

I think they are one and the same poster. ;) although I do doubt that s/he works for the Tribunal Service.

Maybe they are but the poster is not convincing as evidence of it. There are also theories that the backlog is about getting rid of tribunal chairs by with holding income because very generous pension rules were introduced and they want rid of the numbers of part time chairs who would otherwise end up entitled to the pensions. Both plausible but no evidence.
