    Come on - stop arguing
JJ is genuine - I am convinced of this
Lets just try to work towards the same goal

    I'm not arguing, honest :-)

I really want this to be big news

We use the gaps system, is that good enough for you?

Nope. TROLL. You didn't even answer the question I was asking, which was what is the name of the system where DWP employees can access ATOS medical reports.

Another question, just to humour you: what dialogue would you use to view notes in the DLA maintenance systems? If you work for a team preparing tribunals you would have to input it in the notes that the case is under appeal so you would know this. Or what is the software DWP use to handle telephone queries from claimants?

Well, I used to work for them, and I believe you, and the information has been most informative (and confirmed by other sources).

    So, thank you.:T

Unfortunately, new posters are generally accused of being trolls - God knows why lol

I wish people round understand that instead if arguing the toss about nothing, they would be far better off taking on those who count - the government! :wall:

    Lin :)
You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)

Here you go, details of what the DWP are using.

How long ago did you work for them??

If she works for them why is she unable to answer any of my questions about DWP computer systems which I know for a fact she would have to use if she was a DWP employee.

Just because you want something to be true doesn't make it so. I don't doubt there are most probably internal wranglings going on between the DWP and ATOS, but I'm afraid this poster is most likely trolling.

Perhaps (if you have a chance for privacy) you could write (or print) MSE on a piece of paper and photograph it next to an internal procedures manual or similar ie something that could only come from a tribunals office.

Note: Photographs generally contain exif data which should be cleared for the sake of privacy by using a simple windows program eg (http://download.cnet.com/Easy-Exif-Delete/3000-2248_4-75157345.html) or a site such as http://www.verexif.com/en/

Why would she want to or need to?

She has offered information, confirmed on other sources, so why should she want to keep proving anything to you?

Seriously, if you think she's a troll, then ignore her postings - simple.

It doesn't name any systems as far as I can see? I do know the name of a couple of the systems they planned to use on UC but I've not worked for them for nearly a year now so don't know if they're still planning on using them. Either way UC systems have nothing to do with the systems currently being used by staff, and anyone working for DWP would know at least some of them.

At the end of the day, believe it or don't believe it, why would you want to throw question after question to someone like this, take what they are saying at face value. It's not going to make any difference to anyone right now, until verification of these claims becomes public ... let's just say this person has no reason to lie to us about anything!.

I couldn't care less, apart from the fact she is giving potentially false information to potentially vulnerable people.

Why do you have a problem with me trying to verify her credibility?
