  • Y can I find none that are free everything......I can find some for 0.01p or 0.04p but they all have taxes and surcharges whereas the banner says none of this. Am I doing something wrong.

Are you clicking 'reg fare'? if you are choosing 'web fare' it will add charges.

Is the destination in the offer?

    I've been Money Tipped!
Finally got my FREE flight. :j

    PAYMENT DETAILS
    *********0.04 GBP Adult
*********0.00 GBP Taxes, Fees & Charges
*********0.00 GBP Aviation / WCHR Levy
    *********0.00 GBP Car Rental
    *********0.00 GBP Insurance
    *********0.04 GBP Total Paid

Messed it up last night/early today and booked what was not even available as a free flight. So now I've got 2 trips to look forward to. Dublin in Sept. for free (well 4p) and Barcelona (well Gerona) in Nov.
The Nov. flight was only £60'ish for 2 flights. I was determined to book a flight after staying up until midnight, and messed up, but still got a bargain.
It will come in handy for the Xmas shopping - looks like cigs and baccy for everyone this year then.

    Thanks again to original poster.

well, gerona is a beautiful city too, so it should be a lovely trip.

people looking for freebies, remember it's REG FARES at 0.01p and NOT web fares.
Also remember to select 'No Travel Insurance Required' and '0 bags to check in'.
Underneath the boxes there is a bit of text and a little blue link that says 'remove'. click this to take away the charge for priority boarding.

if you do decide you need checked in luggage after completing your booking, then you have to pay £10 for each checked in item per flight.

    Normal hand luggage size

I think I'm just going to ring them up the week before to pay for one bag. At least then I'll know how much luggage we are taking, it won't be much for 3 nights/2 days.

There are free flights that are not listed as free.

ie. Rome, Porto, Eindhoven...there may be others but I too tired to look further.

We have managed to book 2 return flights to Dublin in September for a grand total of £0.04.

We can travel without checked baggage, so cancelled that option. We even managed to avoid the £2.80 card charge by using my business account's Electron card which is processed free. So it really has taken only 4p from the card.

Now, I wonder if I can find any 1p hotels....:D

I figure that at this price it doesn't matter if we don't go!

Actual you didn't need to go to the trouble of using the Electron Card. There are no credit card charges.

Free flights means just that in this instance(Ok, £0.02).
