Found it easy enough with the clues the OP gave:

Seems to me they're bang-to-rights by their own regulations. The regulations simply don't apply during vacations.Je suis Charlie.0 -
She just emailed me back
Good afternoon,
Thank you for your email,
I have spoken to the Parking Department at the University; please see the notes below regarding the parking restrictions:
Yes, they have to display a permit. We have put messages up on the Portal (which comes up instantly as soon as they log onto their Uni accounts) stating that they have to display a permit. I think this is the chap I spoke to this morning. In fact I stated that he had to have a permit and also stated that we put messages up on the Portal ! Although the Parking Regulations have eased as it is (technically) Summer Hols, we are still having to manage the car parks to stop the Hospital staff parking on our Site, so by asking people to get a (free) temporary permit which will cover them for the whole holiday period, this should regulate who uses our spaces.
Due to the regulations being documented on the University’s intranet; unfortunately the PCN’s issued will not be cancelled. You can appeal the parking charge notices either in writing to First Parking LLP, PO Box 3322, South Croydon, CR2 1JX or via our website

sorry ignore that0

This is her replay about my details
Thank you for your email,
Just to confirm I do not have your details as you haven’t made an appeal or provided First Parking with the keeper details. The penalty notices were attached to your vehicle so these will not be posted (we do not have your address details).

Ok, well there's a bit more ammunition for the appeal, as these charges are not allowed to be penalties.
Personally, I would appeal each of these separately now.0 -
Thats the link for the penalty notice images, not sure if it will work0
