This was my reply
Hi Stacey,
Thank you for your email,
I will be waiting for the penalty notices to arrive to me via post, then I will be taking this further in the meanwhile I ask First Parking that they do not release my personal details to .... University as I am sure you are aware that you will be in breach of the Data Protection Act and will be reported to DVLA and ICO.
Kind Regards,0 -
Also, regulations cannot really be eased, they are either in force or not.0

No,
Again I used my nickname, I have a email address with my nickname so I used that address but I didnt include any names0 -
Right, as this is now a bit of a mess I would suggest you actually appeal each PCN individually now. Yes you will lose some chances to trip them up by not waiting for the NtK but seeing as you have already contacted them this may complicate things later down the line.
Send them the appeal contained in the Newbies sticky thread (one for each PCN).
You can add a further point about the parking regulations if you like.0 -
Do you still suggest that I wait till I have the NTK through the post?
I was going to upload some images of one of the tickets but its not allowing me?0 -

I would NOT wait as you have pretty much 'outed' yourself as the driver, you cannot now wait and hide behind the persona of being merely the keeper. So send the appeal template in the NEWBIES thread to F1rst, with all 3 PCNS writen at the top, and change the start to say:
'I am the driver of this car and I am appealing against all 3 PCNs dated 3rd 4th and 5th of June.
...then continue to use the usual template appeal in post #1 of the 'NEWBIES read this first' sticky thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The general rule is to wait, but seeing as there has already been some conversation between you/the parking company/the uni I wouldn't bother waiting.
As I said, you will lose some of the easy appeal points about a defective notice etc but the matter will be resolved quicker.
You will have to upload a copy of the ticket to a picture sharing site, such a PhtotoBucket and then post the link on here (as you are new you will have to post without the http://www. part). Obscure any personal information (including the PCN number, car reg etc).0 -
Well if he hasn't give anyone his name yet I'd still be inclined to wait for the NtK's in the post. They will have to apply to DVLA for RK details which gets DVLA on the hook as well as First Parking over any subsequent misuse of those details, whereas if he appeals now he'll have to disclose his identity without the chance to drag DVLA into it. Much better to have DVLA in a position to be complained to/about later.
But OP, please stop contacting people! You are in a hole so stop digging! Come back when you've got something in the post from First Parking.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Wait for the letters to arrive in the post, However you should eb aware that all correspondance will be delivered to the address of the registered keeper.
That is the same address where the DVLA tax disc reminders go to.
If you are a student and the vehicle is registered to you at your home address and you are living at an alternative address for your studies then you may not receive the NTK's until you go home and pick up your mail.
Also a link to the university's parking policy, or the exact wording of it will/may be of use. From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0
