tea lover - I'm not super flexy but my favourite bit of any workout is stretching, I love it! Determined to at least try for the gold next year!

If you can get silver on your first attempt gold should be a piece of cake I reckon we'll be seeing you at Rio!

Wish me luck folks.... am off home in a min to dye a pair of jeans in the washing machine. I've done this before and it worked fine, but now it's a shared machine I'm feeling a lot more nervous about wrecking it!

Funnily enough I was just blowing bubbles. Now I am going to pop some bubble wrap!

I loved the wrapping paper! Everyone sent me such beautiful papers, I have kept them!

How's the promotion job application going?

Today I've been requesitioned by my old department (hello, strangely attractive colleague), and here, I sit next to a woman who insists on sitting by the window even though she's always freezing cold so the window stays firmly closed, even though its bikini wearing temperature in here. Also my pain is kicking off so breezes are a no-no.

The application has gone in and waiting for the closing date.

I also love your use of 'golly, gosh and gumdrops!' which is pleasingly Enid Blyton.

As long as you do an empty wash cycle afterwards, it should be ok. Also check the drum as I didn't last time I washed a new pair of jeans and now I have a pair f denim coloured socks. (Well, DH has a pair of denim coloured socks but he gave them to me after he saw what I did to them).
