I do also believe that plants are very good at absorbing radiation and so on, and you do have plants.

I would use 'safeguarding' to mean ways to protect vulnerable people from harm, so the pharmacy should have things in place to minimise mistakes like this that could even be fatal.

LIR, please make sure that you do complain. I was given heart medication instead of blood pressure medication once and the pharmacy took it very seriously indeed. It would have been very dangerous if I had taken them and I was told the pharmacist was sent on further training as a result. The kitties are adorable! Perfect little fluff'balls! Thank you!

Thank you everyone, I am putting my finger in the little ML. The voices gave me a terrible time yesterday, plus I started seeing bright little 'radio waves in the air everywhere, so much so I couldn't breathe for a while because I felt that they were filling my lungs and throat. I spent most of the day in the bedroom with nothing electrical around me. I will try to use the phone again but I think an hour is too much at once.

Funnily enough, whitewing I sat in the bedroom staring at my money tree. I had read somewhere that plants help to disperse negative energy.

I know that all people die and the voices lie, they were just so horrid yesterday. They pick on things that I do like talking here that make me happy and then tell me it is my happiness that makes others suffer. That the only way I can stop that is by thinking of all of the worse things can that happen all of the time and not allowing myself to forget anyone who might be in pain. Of course, it is an impossible task but the voices insist that is only way to keep people safe. But the voices lie. I was triggered by the phone call so things got worse. I just have to remember that.

An example of what the voices say was after Linda Bellingham died. I had been laughing over something silly with WaSp they said she died because I forgot her and allowed myself to laugh while she was in pain. I know that they lie but it is so wearing.

WaS, I firmly believe that everyone deserves to be happy. Get a synthesia (sp?) list of happy words drawn up and bombard the voices with fireworks. Out of interest, how does the word 'bombard' appear to you?

Bunnies, fluffy kittens, rainbows, fairies, unicorns, sparkles, treats, cakes, afternoon tea, catherine wheels, fairy lights...

Bombard is black with flashes of red and brown! That is quite a good idea. The voices outright tell me that my happiness will hurt others and that I don't deserve any. Then when I am happy they say look what happened now because you forgot people and thought that you were worth something and point out deaths or people in pain. It is horrid to be told that you are bad all of the time.

That is the voices lying to you to try to make you feel bad. Try to tell yourself that, even if you don't at present quite believe it. Like everything els, the more you practise, the easier it will become

Thank you SDW. I don't want to be bad and hurt people, the worse thing to me in the world is causing any kind of pain to another person. Sometimes it is hard to believe that the voices aren't right because they repeat it again and again and point out examples, when it is bad it is a constant drone.

I shall do that whitewing! It is something for me to do for the afternoon!
