    You are not correct at all, but it is ok, I will step away from you as it is clear you will not listen to the advice you have been given.

    Good luck with your complaint on a service you acknowledge has changed but fail to listen to the fact you are quoting timescales on a service you are not actually using.

    As far as my employment status goes, all views expressed here are my own and are not to be taken as those of Royal Mail (although all information provided has been taken from the Royal Mail website and from their terms and conditions)

    If it's any consolation, some years ago we did use the (equivalent of the) service you thought you'd used to get an urgent and important letter to someone in the USA. The letter was supposed to be tracked at every stage of its journey, and was supposed to arrive very fast.

    It took weeks: far longer than our usual letters did, sent by 'normal' airmail!
