Yeah it's your Audio Description, go into you accessibility or volume settings on your tv menu & switch it off or on sky it's the help button. I do it all the time when I go up to my mums just to annoy her, last time it went on for a week or so & her and my dad couldn't work it out. Obviously being the kind son I am I informed them they had to go to channel 906 on their sky box to turn it off (906 is one of them !!!!!! chat things) &y mum was trying to work out how that helped, unfortunately my brother told them how to fix it! So now all I can do is record !!!!!! freeviews, hours of the religious channels & the caravan channel. I'm a good son me
