Fair enough. Personally I don't think you need flower paste with models. I only tend to use it when making flowers as it stops the fondant breaking and makes it extra pliable. Saying that I have a back up of CMC powder which does the same job, cheaper than gum tragacanth (the stuff in flower paste)

Cake will be wonderful simply because of all the love that has gone into it:)

FC I built a coupe before but 24 years ago. When it was on offer on amazon hukd had lots of comments about being a pain to build so got me apprehensive.
To be honest I dont think sticking some wheels on can be that hard it more the manual dexterity involved.

Online at full price. Subbed for 60 washes which was lovely, but it was completely absent from the apg comparison.

I use that too, it's all the same stuff really. I'm curious does your missus run/work in a bakery or is it a hobby for both of you?
