150 POUNDS WHICH I HAVE NEVER RECIVED BY THE WAY ..HAVE THEY LOST THAT INFO AS WELL .THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE A BETTER OFFER BUT NEVER HAVE AND NEVER BEEN MENTIONED SINCE IVE BEEN SPEAKING TO THEM ABOUT MY ISSUE..DID U READ MY LAST POST NUMBER 15 ABOUT MY LETTER IN POST I RECIVED FROM THEM. THERE INFO IS NOT CORRECT IN MANY WAYS WHICH I WILL BRING TO THERE ATTENTION TOMORO.:mad:ALSO AS MY HEAD IS GOING AROUND.AS THE BANK SAYS THEY HAVE NO RECORDS....WHEN I TOOK OUT THE INSSURANCE...WHEN WOULD THE POLICY HAVE STOPPED .AS I PAYED UPFRONT AND HOTEL WAS NOT SOLD TILL 2005/6.I WILL TRACE THIS TOMORO MYSELF.THE DURATION OF THE LOAN WAS 12 YEARS..AND COVER TO MATCH..I HAVE THE AMMOUNTS FOR THE COST ECT..I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHEN THE POLICY WOULD HAVE STOPPED .LIKE WHEN THEY SOLD THE HOTEL ..WOULD THE BANK HAVE CANCELLED THE POLICY OR WHAT .IVE NO IDEA

Please dont pick me up on my spelling or how I right ..this is a very serious matter and a lots going on with it ..I came on here for advice .and not to be picked up on my spelling ect....please advice is needed.thank you

JUST A BIT OFF ADDED INFO....well for a few days i have had the run around trying to trace my policy as i said i would through inssurance companys..after 13 years told by the bank i did not have ppi cover..after all my digging.i rang the bank who told me i did not have cover ..and asked for my bank details and account details..and could you tell me my ppi account number..they said its the same as your bank account number as the insurance is attatched.i dont understand i said..she then told me if i was to make a claim its nothing to do with any other inssurance agency this is a tsb cover from us .if you were to have claimed years ago it would of been us the tsb you would have claimed from ..and after 13 years you told me i had none..and they were the ones i used to ring all them years ago to claim .and you said i did not have cover..:money:they better watch out now as im :mad:

HI THERE ALL..just a little up date .bank called me back friday eveneing last night.AS i gave the bank some more info about my inssurance being with the bank as i was advised on tuesday from the ppi department.And not through a third party .so i wanted to give them a final chance to sort it before i go to solicitor..monday morning.but the bank just kept saying we have no info on account details inssurance ect.and i just kept saying ppi department have them why dont you get it from there.we are limited to what we can do from this end they kept saying.well it will work out expensive because of this as i have proof of details now.if they cant be bothered.solicitor says i have a very very strong case .just thought i could do it myself .but need a legal hand to push them as they are not helping themselves or me..or cant be bothered.as this is a very complex situation..thank you for listening any reviews welcomed :money:

HI THERE..as i said i would keep all updated.i have been to solicitors.and he is persuing this matter.a lot of technical issues.hes also says although bank say its my responsibilty to claim insurance.which i tried sevrel times every time being told i had none.when the bank were re/ possesing my hotel.they should have given help to me by saying .MR .....you need to claim off insurance or we are going to re claim it.by which time they would have put 2and2 together and found out there was a problem and sorrted it .now that was there responsability to me.it would have been simple for them .as they had my account details .and known everything about my account and what i had inssurance ect.....thany you for listening

hi there .little update.solicitors letter on its way ..but as my own investigations goes .i rang all inssurance companys told to me in an old letter saying i should have contacted them to make a claim.all say i had no inssurance with them .so thats all out the way.so to concentrate on TSB.some one said i had to concentrate on proving things to them.the only thing is apart from my loan agrement and upfront lump sum inssurance attatched.is when my bank manager came to see me and said i did have inssurance.he can remember this as he still works for the bank........do you think this would be enough to prove to the bank.i did my best to claim at the time .given i was told no inssurance.i rang.told i had none..doctors notes proving my accident and opperations..and there bank manager proving i had inssurance do you think ive done enough.and whats now my chances of compensation for loosing everything...also the bacl lash of my solicitor and there letter saying sorry we now know you had inssurance..thank you for ..any advice...:A
