Simply type in the eBay username and click on the appropriate search button and you can see all the negative & neutral feedback left for or left by a particular eBayer. Filters out all the praise, to get to the nitty gritty.

i've written a new improved bookmarklet/favelet, which lets you just select an ebay username on any page, then click the bookmarklet and you will automatically be taken to the page that shows all the negative feedback for that user, you can get the bookmarklet via a link from the toolhaus.org site.
