That's often the problem here, there are so many posters who think they are lawyers. There doesn't need to be a law that states who you can contact. If you are a customer you can try and contact who you like, if they ignore you then remember it for future purchases.

So true in this forum. Although it is called 'Consumer Rights'. The problem is that people come to this board, fuming, asking what their rights are, before they have actually made a coherent and reasonable complaint to the company in hand.
I'm not being arrogant, but I have only got the most basic knowledge of what my 'rights' are, but yet I complain all the time, and always get a result. A lot of it is just simple negotiation it seems to me. Try that before coming to this board.
Sorry, I know that was pretty off-topic, but the OP's question has been answered. No you don't have a right to know, yes you can find out, yes someone has done it for you. Let us know how you get on.0 -
