Do you really think Richard Branson is going to deal with your complaint if your flight is late? People are deligated to deal with complaints, many, many levels lower than MD's.Don't listen to that you deal with the highest ranking person you can, being a customer gives you the rights.0 -

But if you really want to go down the legal route then the designated contact is the Company Secretary.
The official contact address of the Company Secretary is the company's Registered Office.

The people that are employed to deal with complaints usually have very little power to make decisions outside of the company line. That's why it's always best to get the highest ranking person you can.0 -
