It isn't far off if you take out the green belt and metropolitan open land and parks. Something Hackney has almost none of.
Hackney has the largest expanse of green spaces in inner London. We have!58 parks, gardens and open spaces!totalling about 330 hectares, ranging from the largest concentration of football pitches in Europe at!Hackney Marshes!to the beautiful and historic settings of!Springfield!and!Clissold!parks.
Kinda craps on your post. Hackney with its over 13,000 persons per km2
also I would count Victoria park to be accessible as it directly adjoins Hackney0 -

Hackney has a small amout of metropolitan green space on its border mostly from Waltham Forest. However it is one of the least green covered boroughs, comparing it to just a few boroughs in inner London is very selective.

Bromley - 56.91%
Richmond Upon Thames - 54.19%
Hillingdon - 44.71%
Enfield - 43.72%

Bexley - 31.66%
Kingston Upon Thames - 31.26%
Waltham Forest - 29.71%
Merton - 28.81%
Sutton - 28.65%
Harrow - 28.40%
Greenwich - 26.63%
Ealing - 25.33%
Westminster - 24.30%
Wandsworth - 23.73%
Haringey - 21.00%
Camden - 20.58%
Newham - 19.87%
Southwark - 19.35%
Barking and Dagenham - 19.07%
Hackney - 17.70%

Please let us all know where you gained your financial knowledge, what your motivations are to post here, and some sort of indication of your stake in the housing market... I.e. Number of properties
OK, I gained my financial knowledge through a few decades of working in financial markets.
