Cashback Claim - Reached e2save - but Royal mail says 'NO'

Comments

  • I would make claim for £45 as E2SAVE says (on phone) they have not received my cashback claim.. (inspite of sending TEXT confirming receipt of the cashback claim)..

Cashback claim representative checked my details and said that they have not received anything and asked me for the tracking number...I gave them and they checked on Royal mail website and it says 'ITEM NOT FOUND'... and they are asking me to approach Royal Mail...

The maximum value for a compensation claim using recorded delivery is just £34.

But the contents of the envelope was just worthless pieces of paper.

You cannot claim for consequential loss with recorded delivery.

See if e2save will still accept your claim if you send them a duplicate today.
