Really not got my heart into this at moment when everyone is off on holidays and having fun, trying to save is hard.

Well 100.00 off the total today, probably all that can happen this month, things are very tight. Now stands at 4720.00.

Tired today, will back to bouncy self and ways to conquer this debt tomorrow. Seem to just dribble money away lately.

Will read some other diaries later I need some motivation.

Home insurance sorted, cheaper than last year and 5,000 nectar points.

Friend cancelled day out we were having on Thursday. Glad but really was pushing it to go this month next month suits me better. Still got the day off work so nice walk with the doggy and a chill out day suits me.

Well it's Friday and no debt busting to report just keeping my head above water.

Going to have to put my car tax on my credit cards, can't see me having 180.00 in my bank account by next week, as I paid annually for my house insurance this week. usually monthly. Works out cheaper even if I have to pay 2.50 credit card charge to put my car tax on it.

Off to a gig tomorrow booked ages ago in Manchester, friend I am meeting owes me some money so won't need to part with any cash, just petrol to get there.

Next week plan to sort out budgets better, should have had enough saved, but been having to spend on house lately.

Just a quick update still plodding along. 10 pounds off last week, 20 off yday and 30 today - grand total now 4660.00.

Moving in the right direction, got relatives staying few days so may be feeling the pinch next week.

Well 20 off in total 5.00 yesterday and 15.00 today.

Total now stands at 4640 trying to reach 4500 by end of July.

Now relatives have gone home, can look around house and see what I can declutter that I might be able to sell.

Still trying to smash this 100 pounds off today. Total now 4530. Hopefully reach target 4500 by the end of this month.

Glad still some food left in my freezer to survive till August ;-)

Thanks Abba I made my target, trying to reach 4k by end of August. Just need to find 400 pounds somehow.

Sorry little diary haven't been on here much. Couple of weeks of back pain has got in the way of life. Physio next week.

Decided to have one month intense debt busting and next month a more chilled out one, as so easy to feel bit down when not having a social life. Shall see how this method works.
