I was having problems with it earlier in the year, when it was cutting me off etc., but nothing really since February, to be fair she did ask me that and I told her it had been not too bad so maybe shot myself in the foot with that one

Un plug your hub tomorrow and phone technical department and tell them it's not working I think they can check it's not getting a feedback then they will no doubt offer a home hub replacement! Try it and let me know how you get on! Just go through there questions n lie you turned it back on for them too
  • Thank you for the advice posted on here. Requested my mac code online on Friday just had a phone call to say they were sorry to see me leave. I said that I had last week when I rang (before requesting my mac code online) that they offered me somewhere in the region of. £10 plus vat I said that was too much so going to go with sky. The gentleman went to speak to his manger and I was offered. £6.65 for the next 12 months and the usual line rental saver of pay for 10 upfront. Going to stick with by as haven't had any problems with the internet and saves the hassle of changing. Thanks again :)

Is the £6.65 deal for unlimited broadband or unlimited broadband extra?

Have you got BT Net Protect Plus(McAfee)?

If I go for the £6.65 deal I am told I will lose my McAfee.
