    Hi again,

    I sent that post after the "appeal time" as recommended. I have now receiv d a letter from a debt recovery agency. I said that they ignored my letter and they said that basically...they never got it!



    What can we I do now?

    I add also that they law let me appeal at any stage of the case as i saw in another place here

    Ignore them or complain to the BPA (But G24 have left the BPA).

    Hello everyone, I've had the reply after sending the letter suggested without changing anything and it's a long winded but they say they're not dropping the charges, I have the letter but it's very long has anyone else had a reply?
