Not been on for a few days but thank you to everyone who offered thoughts for the funeral. I was going to sit at the back but grandson was brought so I offered to sit in the childrens room at the side to keep him occupied. :o
    No more UUs or INs.
I did look at the No7 glitch but the cheap items were OOS so that was enough to make me think twice :A and no I definitely don't need any more Boots glitches, that's what started me off in the first place :rotfl:

Ok so final IN for May yet to be declared:

Elemis PCMC x 3 - Small tubes from eBay, first tried this in the recent QVC TSV kit. Wanted to like it but on application, although pleasant, I must admit I thought it felt too light to be very effective. However, after a little while I noticed I looked generally better and less tired, an impressive improvement being a crease that's normally present on one side of my face when I first wake up pretty much disappearing and that's been visible for years!!! So now I'm hooked!! I know people have mentioned they only use a little but but as my skin is quite thirsty I seem to be using quite a lot - do others use this as sole moisturiser or in addition to something else? Be interested to know how anyone else uses this in their routine please.

Elemis Pro-radiance Flash Balm - bought with the above, have used and liked before, maybe I can combine the two. Still have the tube from same TSV also.

Garnier Mincellar Water - been itching to try this, got it on offer for £2 odd from Tesco, amazing value for the size of the bottle!!

    Last UU were:

Boots Extracts Mango Body Butter - WBA

Sure Radiance Roll-on Deo - WBA but prefer Cotton ultra dry for performance

Elemis PCMC - WBA as above instant HG

REN Evercalm Cleansing Milk - WBA on a good offer

Elemis Bliss Capsules - WBA as a treat, found them lovely to use but only at night or mascara bled. Too expensive to justify daily.

Radox Sleep Easy Bubble Bath - WBA cheap, nice fragrance, scent and plenty of bubbles

Decleor Life Radiance Mask - left skin feeling soft but hard to say whether there was any other benefit from this small tube - probably WNBA, I'm guessing it's not cheap!!

Garnier 2 in 1 Makeup Remover - WBA - Great value and effective, even on They're Real!

Imperial Leather Soft Touch Shower Cream - WBA

VO5 Smoothly Does It Shampoo - WBA

I'm sure there's one more but haven't written it down and can't think for the life of me! Might come back when I scrutinise the stash list tomorrow!

Either way I finished May with a couple of product reduction, right direction.

    Night all x

If it's hair removal, that'll be friction burn, I think you'd know if it was that or the scrub, if so then Aloe or good old Calomine.

What Dolly describes sounds like sweat rash/heat rash, I get that on my neck/chest and the back of my hands and use hydrocortisone (needs to be the Canesten one as it's got dual ingredients, clotri-something as well as Hydrocortisone I think) when necessary, a pharmacist would be able to say what it was for certain, that works brilliantly!

Interesting - I don't actually get a rash in that area but it really itches, particularly on warm nights, then it goes as soon as the weather cools.

FizzWhizz - I started with prickly heat on a holiday to Turkey in 1995, I was covered from head to foot in a rash. Since then (but never before that holiday) when the weather gets hot at home regardless of whether I am in the sun or not I get a rash on my arms, it starts on the back of my upper arms and works its way around.

emsjune - I am using PCMC at the moment and I go through it for fun too and I don't have dry skin either.

    I have a uu

Laura Mercier Almond Coconut Milk Bath Salts 150g - I bought these as part of a set in the Space NK sale. They smell gorgeous in the jar but the scent doesn't translate to the bath. I am very disappointed in them, they don't do anything nice to the water either, the body cream that came in the set however is soooo lovely and I will use this up with L'occitane Almond Shower Oil.

I have another of the Laura Mercier sets in Creme Brulee but am not hopeful that the salts will be any better in that but I am looking forward to the cream.

Being "of mature years" my routine is a bit complicated and I use a serum then PCMC as well as:-
Cleanse (hot cloth) cream or balm, then spritz with hydrating toner, LE Instant Boost Skin tonic is fave, but for me BS Aloe Vera does the job nicely of getting some hydration onto skin, then Serum, Indeed Labs Hydraluron and lastly PCMC. (Then spf in some form or another - this getting old business is expensive:rotfl:)

I'm not suggesting that you need to follow all this, but think the toner spritz is a good step. I have read that after using PCMC for a while and topping up a thirsty skin that less will be needed, I only use a weeny amount.

I will be 65 in 12 days time:eek: and although I have quite a lot of fine lines around eyes and slightly deeper ones on top lip, my skin is firm and bouncy, not saggy and as yet no deep lines.

Re: the "pillow lines" you might want to check if you are taking enough fluid generally. I only get them now if I have one of those nights when I really bury my face in the pillow.

Oh Kadison, that's lovely. I was 33 when I met DH, we had both been married before but had never felt the way we instantly did about each other (and still do nearly 12 years later). Enjoy it my love and long may it last.

I have 2 UUs to declare, a tub of Lush Sweetie Pie shower jelly which I have been using in the bath as don't often have showers WNBA as I prefer bubble bars and (sadly) my Laura Mercier Tarte au Citron hand cream which I absolutely love and WDBA, I cut the end off the tube and have managed to get another week out of it!

The prolagene gel is VERY nearly done, hopefully tonight it will be gone!

Have a lovely day in the sun

MaddieMay Actually a new health store has opened up near where I work and they do stock Jason products, but not the Biotin shampoo and conditioner that I've been loving so much. It would have made life so much easier! I ordered some quite a while ago and it hasn't arrived yet. Last time it came quite quickly (over from California) so I'm worried it might have gotten lost. I emailed customer service and they said it could take 6 weeks. It took no where near that last time and I don't want to wait that long before sorting out the issue :(

Before I write the below, I should say he hasn't texted me since Tuesday night so I'm a bit narked, he texts me back but he never texts me first, so I was waiting, then an hour ago I 'nudged' him, nothing still  Bit peeved!

Back to the lovely bit though......

Awww that's lovely, I have been in love before but it wasn't returned and he broke my heart, not that he cared of course, I don't think he even knew, he was so wrapped up in himself!

This is entirely different, he's just perfect for me and he's like my best friend as well.

    I wish he'd text me! :(

Thank you hun, it just shows, I had pretty much thought I'd never feel like this and when I least expected it......

Hope he doesn't keep you waiting too long Kadison - I imagine we've all been there at some stage in those early stages of 'courtship' waiting for some fella to call and willing the phone to ring. ;)

I made an attempt to buff myself up a bit for Fab Friday and finished up a small travel size Soap & Glory Flake Away that I picked up on my travels in Asia ( quite some time ago). I can't really stomach the S&G smell after something once leaked out in my wash bag on holiday and stunk out everything I owned with the S&G signature - bleughh!

Glad you're getting on well with the PCMC. I really notice a difference when I don't use it in that the fine lines creep back around my eyes.

I'm also using the Flash Balm at the moment and have become quite impressed by it over the last week or so. Does make my skin look fresher. Have a few tubes to UU before I consider repurchasing though.

One IN : The Limited Edition C&P has arrived and it is lovely. Am hoping that this 150ml will last me til my hols in August.
