    Hi Ladies,
I've been going over and over in my head what to write here but everything came out as a "woe is me" self pitying post which are never fun to read.
So best just to say that I'm going to be quiet for a bit, not that I've ever been the life and soul of the thread anyway and it's unlikely my absence would even be noticed, although perhaps some self-indulgent, attention seeking part of me would like to think otherwise.
Anyway, starting to ramble and talk rubbish as usual.
Perhaps I'll feel differently in the morning or in a day or two, I really don't know but right now I need to wallow alone for a while without bringing everyone down with me.
Take care and please don't reply because I may wake up in the morning less emotional and be mortified at this post and delete it.
    Thanks.
    Night night.
    CF xx

I'm not replying as the person above (who may delete the post) has asked us not to.

I will say though, that people are more important in this world than they think (except Justin Beiber, he's less important than he thinks!), so don't ever think you won't be missed, you're wrong xxx

Kadison, I totally agree with you and I hope that "things seem much better in the morning"

I would add that this thread is one of the most supportive to be found anywhere on t'internet, some of you might recall that I had the most awful time 18 months ago where it was weeks and weeks before we knew if a much loved younger sibling would recover from a sudden life threatening problem. The lovely people and two very precious RL friends kept me going and enabled me to be strong enough the support others too. I am in awe of the goodness of people that I have met here.

Thinking of goodness and kindness, if you have a moment read pooped-of-cupar post by a lady known hereabouts as Memory Girl, it truly brought tears to my eyes - yay to the sisterhood:D

I seem to be having difficulty in doing that abbreviated linkie thing, here is the full url http://mortgagefreeinthree.com/2014/06/pooped-of-cupar/
but can anyone remind me how to just link to a reference here please

    morning all
hope anyone going through difficulties in their lives wakes up realising they are far more valuable than they think

sometimes stuff happens and we need to recharge our batteries and assess our situation but never think think you wont be missed or dont matter, a past kind word or helpful act will have made you far more well thought of than you can imagine.

not had any UUs but going on the state of my hands after weeding and planting at mum in laws and my own garden this morning have left my hands and nails in a right state, think i could do with a shower and bit of hand tlc before work.
friend whos training to be a beautician has asked me to be her model for a couple of her exam piece treatments again this week so i will get some pampering in at some point.

    hope all are well

UU my Space NK zesty shower gel sachet this morning. Was nice, grapefruit not normally my bag but it was pleasant enough. Wouldn't purchase though.

Going for a Bamboo back massage later on, lots of different sized bits of bamboo are rolled over your back and neck. Sounds like torture but I had one ages ago it's the most relaxing massage i've ever had so i'm having it again! It was a mother's day gift but only just had chance to redeem it this week so that's a nice treat :-)

Slathering on one of my face moisturisers that's nearly finished just so i can use it up. It's a TK Maxx purchase that isn't the best so i'm looking forward to moving on. It's a French brand called Element Hydrotherapie...think i'd be abit miffed if i'd paid the 'RRP' for it...although you never know with TK Maxx as to whether these are a little inflated!
Hope everyone has a good day and enjoys the weather...super sunny here:T

^^^^^ I hope things seem a little sunnier this morning, sorry to hear you're feeling sad - and if you are feeling better today, please don't feel ashamed. This is the loveliest, most supportive and non-judgey bunch of ladies, and I hope you've realised that by now too. And as the others have said, NEVER think that you're not important - you are. I'm sure you have lots of people in RL who care about you too, though life can sometimes feel contrary to that.

Hugs to you, I hope you feel up to joining in again soon, and if you need someone to offload to then feel free to PM xxx

Lots of lovely replies above :A all of which I agree with

I'd like to add my voice to say that you'd be missed - truly.

I hope that things seem/are better today.

I don't see anything to be embarrassed about in your post but, equally, please don't feel self-conscious if you wish to delete it.

I hope that you are back reading along and/or posting soon.

    ***hugs to you***

dazedandconfused - another thank you for the sunscreen recommendation. I also bought it half price :) If it doesn't suit my skin then I'll donate it to my OH :rotfl:

I have three UUs. One PP:

155/2. Phil Smith Be Gorgeous Dry Clean Dry Shampoo (75ml) - WNBA as I hated the smell of it and didn't think it was v effective

    Two stash relics:

156/3. Trevor Sorbie Long Hair Conditioner (250ml) - WNBA. No idea if this exists anymore! Used up as silk wash final stage (in place of softener)

157/4. Daniele Ryman Detoxifying Bath Essence (100ml) - absolutely ancient but still useable! :rotfl: Definitely not made any more, which is a shame as it was lovely and good value for a bath oil with proper aromatherapy oils.

I didn't list my IN properly the other day:

IN 3. REN Rosa Centifolia Hot Cloth Cleanser (30ml) - a great magazine freebie (with a wash cloth too) but I'm a bit disappointed by it (I love REN skincare so had high expectations). It's runnier than C&P and my HG Elemis Pro Collagen cream cleanser. It's ince enough but I already know it's a WNBA for me :)

    Evening ladies.

    UU's
It's a date bubble bar WMBA this is years old and has lists it scent but it makes my bath a lovely pink colour. I don't even like the colour pink but it looks nice.

Cinders bath ballistic WBA always stock up at Christmas ,not overly exciting to watch but I love the scent.

Granny takes a dip bath ballistic WNBA it is a beautiful bath ballistic to watch but the scent lets it down for me.

  • Just a quick OUTs post. *hugs* to Clutterfree

TA Burt’s Bees Nourishing Lip Balm with Mango Butter 4.25g WDNBA there was nothing nourishing about this, it just dried my lips out. I was better off with not using anything at all!

    UUs

Gillette Satin Care Shave Gel 75ml WBA does a good job and doesn't irritate my skin yay!

Boots Essentials Shampoo 500ml - I bought this to use as a "pre shampoo" for when I used my "special" sets. I know I know! Probably WBA for the same purpose though. Currently cracked open the Alberto Balsam so won't be needing one of these for a while :P
