If it was the Est!e Lauder take it back they will accept returns. I have done that with Lancôme at boots and told to choose something else In store. Of course at first they will try to get you to buy something else within brand bit I did not want to do this so was given choice in store.

    Hi All, happy Friday!!

Another UU to declare, a Lush bubble bar, I think it was snow fairy (was shaped like a magic wand - Christmas special!), was lovely and WBA.

I am also hoping the 2 products above will be finished over the weekend but I am always amazed just how much product is left when you cut the tubes open so it may well be they last into next week!!

My bargain Vie cleansing balms arrived yesterday, haven't had a chance to try properly yet, will give them a go tonight, being a balm they will obviously be more oily than the HCCs I have been using so I will se how I get on.

    Have a good day all

My new bourjois waterproof mascara is not waterproof. Why is it so hard to get a drug store mascara that can cope with my hayfever eyes.
I want the Chanel one without paying the £25

Have you tried Max Factor False Lash Effect?

I struggle to get even the normal non-waterproof one version off without proper eye makeup remover? Usually my mascara comes off fine with Bioderma but not this one!

Bless you babafette, unfortunately my migraine is now on to day three :( I have taken every drug combination I can think of, slept for 6 hours today and it's still there  I've even had to take the day off work which I NEVER do. If someone has a rusty hacksaw they'd like to donate to the cause, it'd be much appreciated -- if you want it back I'll get DH to wash it first ;) Next time I am moaning about the pain of a spot, remind me of this day, it puts things in perspective if nothing else!

    I need a shower…

Benefit "They're Real!" and Avon "SuperShock" are pretty waterproof. I'm a crier so I know what I'm talking about!

They're Real is one of the ones that I usually use and that comes off with Bioderma no problem - if that helps or not I don't know! (compared to the Max Factor one which won't budge with Bioderma!)

im in again this month got lots to use up as hoping to move by the end of the year. Furbaby has cost me lots of money over the last couple of months nearly £700 found out he has 4 allergies and has got to have a special serum made up for him and has got to have an injection every month for the rest of his life so no more buying things I don't need any more.

I suffer with Migraines and I take Zolmitriptan you have to get it from the doctors but are really good my dad takes them as well.

    Thanks for the thread, clutterfree

I'm in again, I have been excessively bad of late and I'm sure there's not even anything I can find to buy which I don't already have!

I have a major shopping problem, and it's not just toiletries/beauty....it's clothes and shoes too! Doesn't help much that I recently lost 3stone so had to buy new clothes anyway, and as I used to be limited to 'fat' shops, and no longer am, I've gone a bit wild! Must stop spending like there's no tomorrow!

My boss has told me today that her 13yr old daughter came downstairs last night when she got in from work to tell her she was distraught as they had run out of snow fairy (she normally buys for the year but this time it hasn't lasted) so I'm thinking of GA 5 of the mega stash bottles for her as I'm still angry at the snow fairy haha. (I'd say lush in general but their 30-bottle-issue hasn't stopped me buying other lush stuff at all) so have barely used any this year!

Hi ladies, I am in the challenge again this month and only now getting the chance to catch up on May and June thread. Currently switching between the two and posting up. Work has been manic with me going in at 6.30ish most days to try and keep up. Hopefully it will get better soon.

Congratulation sjprmc on your weight loss, that is fab! I've also stepped up my diet and fitness regime as I have 10 weeks to go to my cruise and need to be able to fit back into the dresses I bought for the last one. Dietwise I have just cut out the naughty snacks (though I have been bad this week in the run up to TOM time (or Aunty Flo as Fizz Whizz referred to it)) and consceiously am eating more fruit and veg. Fitness wise I'm following the Biggest Loser Challenge which means I work out 5 days a week plus am going to Zumba once a week with Emma. That is great fun and I'm really enjoying it.

I've also had to bring my spending to a halt as my VISA bill last week nearly made me cry. It's my fault I know cos I spent the money. Anyway I (probably too hastily) cut it up. I am however going to use it for online spending but think if I can't be tempted to use it in shops this will help as it was all too handy to keep whipping it out of my purse.

It's funny too isn't it what teenage girls feel they "need" Emma always seems to "need" new mascara!

I opened the Palmers bust cream last night -- for the record, I never intended to use it as instructed, having fed three babies and lost nearly five stone, it'll take a lot more than some cream to perk up my tatas :rotfl: but it was on sale for £1 a tube before Xmas in my Sainsbobs and I thought it'd do fine as a body cream.

This made me laugh out loud. If anyone is looking for a good neck and bust cream I heartily recommend the Elemis one. I know it's expensive (I have never paid out for a full sized but do end up with the smaller tubes quite regularly). Am saving my last remaining tube for my holidays.

OMG I just laughed out loud a couple of times reading your post!! Thanks for cheering up my day :D
Quite a stressful house here this week with two DS doing exams.......one GCSE's and the other is doing his A LEVELS so any laughs are greatly received :rotfl:

Emma is taking her GCSEs at the moment too. She's only got Maths and Science ones left now and for the most part feels she's done well. Yesterday's Biology exam didn't go too well she feels and try as I may to tell her not to analyse it and try her best it doesn't help. Roll on 23 June when they will be all over.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
