Ha ha, do love the Archers but don't listen regularly so I never have any idea what is going on!

Horrible exam today, still that's college over until September and exams over until November.

OH just asked me where we are with the mortgage - I think he was a bit disappointed when I told him the figure as it means he can't give up work right now!

Ooh, just realised I could hit the 330s at the start of August if I can just find about £160 to OP!

Will definitely do it, OH has even agreed I can OP some money instead of putting into MOS for the renovation fund in order to achieve this :D

Will only be for a day but that will be amazing :T

This won't be completely accurate as I can only see today's total and I am a few days late checking.

    December 2014
    Mortgage £346,545.00
    Mortgage free date 2044
    LTV 86.64%

    6th August 2015
    Mortgage £340,267.41
Total paid off capital in last month £691.56
    Total paid off capital £6,327.59
    OP 01/04/15 to date: £852.05 / £1,800
    Total OP to date: £1,229.19
    MOS: £14,335.28
    LTV: 85.07%

If I factor in 5 day's interest (to take it back to 1st August) then I paid off £853.52 this month. Really good month for OPs with £296.80 paid.

Amount to Mortgage Neutral - £325,932.13!

    Thanks Lucky :)

It's tough because I want to see the balance coming down but there is so much to do to the house that we need to put most of our money into the renovation fund just now.

OH and I have both passed exams in the last week, he gets a small increase and I now only have one more result to come to get my first level qualification. Will find out that result in October.

I have been offered another job, paperwork has come through but I need to speak to them to discuss the start date. Closer to home(30 miles instead of 60) and in the public sector so a much better pension. Salary is the same although I will lose my bonus but they will fund my training so it balances out :T

Been an expensive month, we have enough in the joint account to pay the credit card but not a lot will be left over at the end of the month. I got a really good bonus last month so should have £800 to put into savings but we've got the van booked in for some work so that will wipe that out. Hoping OH's family will contribute as they will be using the van when they move which is why the work needs doing right now.

I currently leave the house at 06,30 and don't get back until 18.00 so I'm hoping to gain an hour back a day, maybe a bit more as there may be some flexibility in the hours :D

Work from home day, £13 fuel saved.

Not much MSE going on this month, must try and drum up some money to OP, currently sitting at about £5.50 I think!

Got a fitbit (part birthday present) which I wore for less than a day before it fell off and got lost (was in Reading so too far to go back but phoned shops and no-one had handed it in). Seems like it's a known problem with them so fitbit are sending me a replacement - yay!

Grocery spends low at the moment, need to update spreadsheet to check how much we are spending.
