How do I log into my Nationwide credit card account online now other than logging on to my flexaccount account and viewing it from there?

Until I changed the PIN I was given the choice of credit or debit card number from a drop down menu.

Now the only option, no choice, is my debit card number.

I made a purchase using my select credit card and was successful, as was the refund, love B&Q's refund policy, buy a large item then refund it because it wouldn't fit in my car.:p

You don't log into your FlexAccount, or your credit card account. You log into Nationwide's online banking service and it shows all your accounts with them. You can't just log into your credit card account alone and have never been able to do so, as far as I know. Why would you want to anyway?

You do not even need to use a PIN to log in - you can use your memorable data by clicking on the button to the right.

    I of course know that.

The original post was about my credit card being no longer recognised by my card reader, after I changed its PIN, which it had been beforehand.

Also about there being no longer an option on my log-in page to change card and enter the PIN for it in the card reader.

I am not mistaken about that as I used my credit card in my card reader because I keep my debit card in my wallet and my credit card in the card reader for logging in to my account, as I normally use a Capital One credit card for purchases.

I only took my select credit card out of the card reader to go to an ATM to change the PIN.

But who am I to disbelieve those who say I am mistaken.

    I know I am not!
