    Just had a reply from the PPC and i quote:
    We are in receipt of your letter dated XXXX.

    We are at present addressing your comments and will contact you again regarding this matter within 35 days. In the meantime this appeal is frozen until such time as we respond (on or before 30/09/14)

    Not sure what they aim to prove during this frozen period of 35 days!! and why the arbitrary number of 35 days all a bit odd, i wait with anticipation on the response!

    35 days is standard time in which they have to consider appeal. Until they respond you shouldn't get any other letters.

    Good news everyone,

    Today i received a letter from Armtrac cancelling the PCN as a goodwill gesture.

    Thanks for all the help and advice given from the Forum, it was very much appreciated. I have directed so many friends/colleagues to this website who are in receipt of unfair PCNs, keep up the good work.
