Two lots of pearl barley with peas and mint made for me and a friend for lunch tomorrow.
Four portions of spinach and ricotta lasagne made for the freezer.
Not a penny spent. Feeling very virtuous :A and chuffed to get to #9 today.
In unrelated :footie: news, Thierry Henry is wearing double denim and I'm finding it quite distressing.Debt 2008 - Approx £20k | April 2014 £6526 | 30 October 2015 DEBT FREE

That's a bloomin' marvellous idea! Used to do that at uni so can't believe I hadn't thought of it! Given during the week I only use milk for tea, that will probably save me a lot of pennies and hassle!
I do have a good idea from time to time.:DShirePiskie wrote: »
Seriously though, feel better, begone pollen! I'm sure you've had lots of recommendations, proper and quackery, so apologies if you've heard this before or think it's hokum, but I have heard people say having local honey can help as it 'gets you used to' local pollen. Might be a load of old bobbins, so feel free to  (not an actual emotithingy, but it should be).
I've read that too about local honey.DeafLeopard wrote: »
It's empty right now but at 11:00am I scheduled an introduction post to start the ball off.
My blog will be about how to maintain the alternative style with a cutesy touch without spending a fortune on the clothes, accessories and other bits and bobs whilst still being affordable. Also my blog will be about my everyday life, what I got up to, how to’s and tips for my readers as well as entertainment to everything between.

I had a quick look at it-sounds good!:)
I haven't had a chance to post, just had a lot on,and I know that once I log on,it's not a case of getting it all sorted and upodated in five minutes.

It's a close match between Knit Witch and Shirepiskie, who both only need 2 more nsds to reach target!
Watch this space! :j:jShirePiskie wrote: »Eeeeeek... no pressure! Today's is already a non-NSD as have Pimms induced hangover and HAD to have greasy sausages and hash browns from the work canteen for breakfast. Does it count if it's for 'medicinal' purposes???
Yes,I know it's not a competition, but having all the numbers in front of me,it is a bit tempting to put the question out there...:p
So,now it's beanie and shirepiskie, who both are just one day away from reaching goal....:D
Who will get there first?!
Watch out for the next thrilling installment!:j0 -

I am hoping for a NSD today, but the lunch I've made for me and a friend looks a bit like something the cat would bring up... TMI I know and apologies if you're enjoying a late breakfast. Anyhooo, I have promised her, if it's inedible, to pop to the shop for a sandwich. Am HOPING it tastes much better than it looks.Debt 2008 - Approx £20k | April 2014 £6526 | 30 October 2015 DEBT FREE
