Fighting for NSD 8 today...will be tough as we need milk...may reassess next month whether a single spend on essential milk should count or not. May try to fill up on tea at work so as to be tea'd out when I get home!
In other news, hayfever is making me feel rotten! Hope it eases for the solstice else the other hockey team need only wave flowers in my face to cause my downfall into blindness and uncontrollable sneezing spasms! achooo!
Sorry to hear you suffer from hayfever.Igor has a spare WW2 gas mask lying about you know.He'd be happy to lend you it.:D
Ever thought about stocking up on some powdered milk?That's all I buy,personally.Any other milk is too rich.
A lot of nsders don't include milk as a spend.:)ShirePiskie wrote: »Eeeeeek... no pressure! Today's is already a non-NSD as have Pimms induced hangover and HAD to have greasy sausages and hash browns from the work canteen for breakfast. Does it count if it's for 'medicinal' purposes???
Tee hee,I couldn't resist it.:rotfl::rotfl:
Remember,it's you who makes the rules.;)0 -

Maybe I could use it as part of my hockey costume - dual purpose!marmiterulesok wrote: »Ever thought about stocking up on some powdered milk?That's all I buy,personally.Any other milk is too rich.
That's a bloomin' marvellous idea! Used to do that at uni so can't believe I hadn't thought of it! Given during the week I only use milk for tea, that will probably save me a lot of pennies and hassle!marmiterulesok wrote: »A lot of nsders don't include milk as a spend.:)
I think I may make this an allowable in July, provided it is literally just milk that is purchased. That will take a lot of pressure off when it will only cost pence for a day.

Well, I think that hayfever is putting you at an unfair advantage in beating me to target!!! Outrageous behaviour!!!
Seriously though, feel better, begone pollen! I'm sure you've had lots of recommendations, proper and quackery, so apologies if you've heard this before or think it's hokum, but I have heard people say having local honey can help as it 'gets you used to' local pollen. Might be a load of old bobbins, so feel free to :rollseyes: (not an actual emotithingy, but it should be).Debt 2008 - Approx £20k | April 2014 £6526 | 30 October 2015 DEBT FREE
