Have just paid my phone/TV/internet bill a week earlier than the DD due to get 5% discount... It was a bill due to be paid anyway, and my start of the month DDs didn't count, so I'm wondering whether I should still count today (up until now at least) as a NSD??

I count all my D/Debit payments as spends, so when I pay my phone/broadband early to get the discount it counts as a spend for me. Doesn't mean I have any fewer NSDs, as there's nothing else goes out the day that one would - but I do find it a hassle not being able to judge ahead of time when it'll be due for paying as it's harder to plan when I'll do the rest of my shopping !Cheryl0

Am I allowed to call my NSD now? It's 5.40pm, I'm still at work and will be for some hours yet, season ticket train home, no reason to spend the other side, OH at home hopefully preparing a yummy dinner (possibly nothing close to Igor's culinary skills but just right for my basic tastebuds!) to great me upon arrival later....
