Hello can you please help.
I have been accused wrongly by social services and was wondering if I take my children to africa to live with their mother upon my return to the uk is there anything they could do legally.
Could I get into trouble?
Thank you

Timing is the only reason...we were going anyway so dont wish to delay while they have an enquiry.

My advice is that you and the children stay put while the enquiry runs its course. That you are on here questioning if taking the children out of the country, and then returning without them would cause problems for you, makes me think that deep down you know that action would just be adding fuel to the fire. The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0

The Internet is full of stories of children being seized when ss have got things wrong.
I dont want to delay because someone has accused me incorrectly and if my children are overseas with their mum there is not much they can do???
Ther children will be safe away from ss false judgements.0 -

But children have equal right to live with which ever parent.
Will bevin africa 9 months per year and the uk only 3 for work.
That was the intention all along.0
