Moving at the speed of a snail here. I have cleaned the bathroom (apart from the shower as CBA) and washed up. Towels washed and banking paperwork filed - that is it! Better than nothing but in 5 hours really Dusty.

Going to do some online financial stuff and then file some Governor stuff.

Oh I did dust our bedroom and the landing too.

Honey - is it stuck in shut? or open a bit? Mine gets stuck in and we use the plunger to free it - I'd never get a push in one again.

Thanks Mrs MP - the answer is undoubted there somewhere, but it zoned out and then fled as soon as the word 'fulcrum' appeared. I'm going to reread it carefully when my brain reboots itself - which usually requires a long soak in a hot bath.

Dusty, the blockage is completely cleared (bicarb, vinegar, hot kettle, rinse, repeat and then plungered into surrender over the insitu open plug) and it's running fine now, but I'd like to get the plug out to make sure it's not clogged up with hair and grunge. It is absolutely solid in the correct position and pushed down to engage it's stopperish qualities - it moves and all that but I can't work out how to get it out to clean it. Mrs MP's linkie is wonderful and the answer is ... but ... my brain hurts.
    Better is good enough.

MISSING - One GUAG; if anyone finds it, please put it on the bus back to Concrete Cow Country asap.

I have major CBA syndrome at present. I am going to attempt HHD (Dusting) at 15:30, if anyone cares to join me.
There, I've said it so now I have to do it.

Hello all. Sorry LW no GUAG here after a two hour walk. OldDog and LittleDog did me proud behaving well with the other pooches on the walk. Treats all round then.

Change of plan here because I am worn out and this is my last day before getting back to the paid stuff. I am going to ignore the garden and today's list and just sit and read a book. Because I can, in peace and quiet.

    Back later...

Just spent 2 hours gardening - nowhere near finished and I haven't even looked at the back garden! I'm going to have a bath now and ignore DD who says I am lazy because I won't give her a lift to her mate's house!

LW I expect it's gone walkabouts with mine.

I have done a few boring tasks like changing direct debits.

Going to do 15 minutes dusting to get moving and then HH filing of Governor stuff.

After 50 mins dusting, everything I can safely reach in the lounge has now been dusted. And one more dirty cloth added to the bag of dusters etc in the wash bin.:D I may even wash them one day!
