Morning all, thanks for the list Natty.
Today is a day off for me so I am meeting up with my parents to take the dog for a long walk. However, I will do something in the kitchen and need to do some paperwork for OHs business later too.
Have just looked at weather forecast for the rest of week and its not great so will do any washing that needs to be done today as well.0 -
I'm in again this week. We had a family wedding on Saturday and then visitors for lunch on Sunday so I had help getting ahead from DH (his family!)
As a result kitchen is fairly OK already. I have incompetent builders in so I have to work out how to get my beige carpet back - stupid P*** took lid off red paint. Put it on floor, stepped back into it and then walked across the carpet. No drop cloths. Grrrrrr. It's also on the bedlinen and carpet upstairs. As the red was in the living room the mind boggles.
Hi to all. Off for a cuppa before I start some paid work (to pay for the carpet cleaner!)Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -

Mmmm. Not that formal builders - one man decorator/handyman. I will be deducting cleaner hire from their payment. That's what I get for doing it on the cheap (insert embarrassed smilie)Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -
I'll be in the best I can
We're going to Legoland tomorrow. DD1's boyfriend's sister got let down and she really wants to take her little boy and as she has money off tickets and DD1 isn't working I said I'd take them all. DD2 is staying at home on her own _pale_ as she's been before. This is alot of trust on my part, I really hope she doesn't let me down
Mr On & Off Again is meant to be visiting on Wednesday  so I need the house to be tidyish and I only have today to do itI'm currently waiting for DD2 and her really lovely friend to wake up so I can get started. DD2 doesn't have many good friends but this girl is just lovely
I could sing her praises all day! Hence why I don't want to wake them up. If she was one of the other ones I'd be hoovering by now :rotfl:

Thank you for the lists xx
Thank you for all comments last week about dh going self employed. Wednesday was spent cutting the grass and clearing out the gutters (how on earth do you get 2 inches of sand in there?!?) until his tools/equipment arrived and I didn't get back on thread.
Thursday we went to my sisters for my nephews birthday and DD3 asked her if she had forgot about us (we haven't seen them for probably 15 months) Cue sis feeling really guilty and saying she would visit Saturday. So Friday was a mad dash cleaning day, just in case. She did arrive Saturday but didn't stay long but at least it was tidyish.
Sunday was a lazy day so really need to make a start on this weeks list. Going to print it out and make a start while kiddies are watching tv.
I like the helper bit, wonder how much protesting the kids will do, LOL.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Hello, I'm in again. Dog walking and gardening today as the weather is ok this morning.
FBO - you shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes.
Juliejim - if the zip up cover is anything like the ones on my sofas, it is like doing a massive workout putting them back on. Never again for me!
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -

They still need it in case of situations such as this.. if they are being paid and working in others homes they need to protect themselves otherwise you can claim in the small claims court against their assets.
