    I agree with this!

    I think we'll likely have see through TV's before they have cameras on the back, so they act as a window while not in use. They already exist to a degree but it'll be a while before we see them in our homes.

    How about a pot of paint - available in Gloss or Matt in any colour !

    Leave it on all the time with a nice fishtank screensaver? Watch the electric bill though. What are you doing in the room with the TV switched off anyway? Run out of things to watch? :p
    Get back to us when you invent this new type of screen technology that's not black (or grey) when switched off...
