Good morning. Lovely day today. Do I make a Sunday dinner or chance a BBQ? If I go for BBQ I am sure it will rain.

    Morning chief paw sniffer:D

I say this quite often to parents who are experiencing empty nest syndrome:o

That we've done our job as parents when we push them out of the nest and they fly....hard to watch but so so satisfying too:)

We have a very special house guest arriving tomorrow for a few days:)

It has felt like a visit from the queen......the garden has never looked so tidy. I've been "forced" to buy some plants to fill empty spaces which I didn't enjoy:o but everywhere looks lovely now. I finally sat down last night on the old garden seat which overlooks my allotment down the field and it collapsed from under me:eek:
Thank goodness it wasn't my guest sitting on it!
