    Morning :)

    Lovely and sunny out

Not a happy little t

Got woke by a text at 12-15am from DS he was in Manchester and had missed last train back home to Liverpool .

So he would come here to kip but don't tell Nan because he be going early due to having an appointment in Liverpool.

I then had to get outta my nice warm bed disturb Poppy and go take keys out of back of the lock on the front door :(

4-30am Poppy wakes me barking and it was because DS had come in and she heard him. After this we hardly got any sleep Poppy was very restless so kept waking me :(

I wont see him because when he wakes I will be at mums and he will have gone when I get home :(

Other than this I am ok :D

    Good morning everyone.

It sounds as if both you and Mhoc have had a horrid start to the day tweets, compounded by not getting enough sleep.:(:(

I say this quite often to parents who are experiencing empty nest syndrome:o

That we've done our job as parents when we push them out of the nest and they fly....hard to watch but so so satisfying too:)

    I can't wait for them to GO:D:D

You say that now Nerfdad but I bet you'll miss them when they're gone!

I miss our tribe dreadfully at times but take great pride in watching them fly.

I must say though, I do like having some more time and space for myself and dh too, not to mention a better cash flow, and giving up the taxi business has been heaven!
