The ACM total spend vouchers are still being doubled at my local Boots, i.e. it might only say 75 points, but you get it credited twice so end up with 150.
Also, I picked up what I thought was a Time Delay Lip Plumper, paid for it, looked at my receipt and realised it was a Time Delay Line Smoother (trust me, they're identical!). Felt rather daft, but went to the SA on the perfume counter (always quieter) and asked if she could sort it out for me. I'd paid on a card, so she put my Advantage Card in the machine, then sorted out that I needed to pay £1.50 (Line Smoother was £5.50, Lip Plumper was £7) - I somehow ended up with paying £1.50 but getting 28 points, which is what I'd have got if I'd paid for the Lip Plumper straight off.
It was a hassle and it was completely my fault, but it was rather nice to suddenly have an extra 25 points!
Anyway, hope that helps someone...back to work...
The line plumper's really good anyway! I got some, Ok, so i'm only 20, but its really helped!~*Cerenia*~

If you use PAYPAL to pay for your Boots order are you able to use what is already in your paypal account. For example if you had a balance of £50 in your paypal account can you use that ? Or do you have to pay via your card on file ????0

Yes - Paypal will always use your balance aginst an order first before they take money off your credit card or bank account on file.
Happy spending!:D0 -
was this in mansfield milkmaid?
No it was in newark, there was only a couple left & a few bits of natural collection eye shadow & lippy.
I went to mansfield a bit ago & thought the sale was pants - nothing reduced by much at all. In fact I got some things in the xmas sale a lot cheaper0 -

SA looked at me and said its cheaper to buy them all together. I said no, i'd like to buy seperately. The I gave a voucher for each one!!! ...10 photos, small (6x4) size on 24 hour service = £2. Used vouchers from £5 spends, £2 from mailing, £2 from AC machine, and £1.50 from magazines.
LOVE IT!!!
Very good - I bet the assistants face was a picture!
I have never ordered photos at boots using the digital thingy. How do you do it? I have a voucher for 50 free digital prints on the 24 hr service from a camera I bought a few months ago. Do I just take in my memory card and do they copy the pics from that?0 -
Well after quickly reading the posts on here last week, super duper points on £50 spend or more, I went to my local boots and ended up spenting £72. When I checked my till slip for the new points total I noticed no extra points had been added, ask SA, who was a right jobs worth anyway, (checked every voucher I gave her as if the money was coming out of her purse and refused quite a few ARGGGGG why do I never get the nice SA!) and she told me it was just on boots.com where the offer was. That will teach me for not reading posts properly!
Leason learnt - im going to do a online shop today, is there any points or offers around for me to try and top up my points?
Thanks for reading.0
