I've loaded up my basket with lots of lovely items (plus some essentials)

I really want to take advantage of the triple points + 1000 + 750 for over £55 spend but when i 'proceed to checkout' it won't go past the stage 3 delivery date page. It has been like this for me since saturday, and on 3 different computers as well. it just says 'you have qualified for free standard delivery' and 'no delivery options available for this postcode' and no further buttons to proceed. i have had orders delivered to this address before with no issues.

has anyone else had this problem? what can i do?

Oh no! I was thinking of doing this too but I didn't realise there might be problems. I'd appreciate any advice too. :)

I had this problem too CS told me that they are having problems with some delivery addresses especially in London area (I'm near Manchester) Was trying to have delivered to OH business address - always have orders delivered there in past. Tried changing delivery address to home & it worked. CS couldn't explain why

No, not free this time. The voucher only takes 1/2 price off one item. I paid just over £1.00 for 2 creams (worth over £4.00 for the 2), so not a bad deal really, although not as good as free:D

    thanks for that philsu

I amended the address to my home instead of work (still in London though) and it has worked. Slightly annoying because I wanted it delivered to work, but then again what choice do I have if I want the lovely free points which end today! Oh well, I guess a trip to the local sorting office on Saturday morning to collect it is on the cards....
