I placed an order with boots.com last Friday (13th) which included the Origins Mints (£3.50) and the free set of Origins Samples plus another item costing £37.50.

It was scheduled for delivery 20th July (Friday) so have not thought too much about it.

However having checked it is still down as "being processed" as of tonight (19th July) and the delivery date has actually gone backwards (now 18th July) rather than fowards.......???????????? There is no tracking number and no debit has been made yet to my account.........

Just wondered if anyone else has had the same experience with the Origins bit of the order - is it because the Origins Mints are now out of stock and they are waiting new deliveries ?

Really funny as i have also been in touch with boots today after a similar thing....

I placed an online order on 11th to be delivered today 19th, said it was dispatched by email a few days ago... still nothing and when i looked in my account it said delivery date of 17th???

I also placed a second order on the 13th which is still showing as processing.

i rang CS and explained, they looked in to it and said first order has been 'lost'.. they checked with dispatch and they could not confirm where it is so they will be resending it all, only one small item out of stock.

2nd order been dispatched so fingers crossed i should receive both.

have to say hats off to boots customer service though:beer: , both times ive rang them ive found them very helpful... the same cant be said for my next sale order thats missing

Dotchas, the No7 mirror is ace. Well worth £19.99 but not £39.99!

I use mine as a bedside light too! (casts a nice soft romantic (ooh er!) glow) :D

    Hi Cupcake,
thanks ,I am so glad I ordered one now, when I sit at my dessing table my back is to the window so its not ideal when I am preening myself with all my Boots goodies.
I often miss a stray eyebrow or mascara splodge.
And I usually find no-one tells me if I have a big black blob on my eyelid!

Not sure if a mirror can be romantic:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Not with my wobbly bits!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I can't wait till it comes ,wish I got ones ages ago when the Parenting voucher made the free, never mind!

Just come back from Boots and wanted to let you know that reduced Pantene Pro-V products (there were quite a few different ones in my local) also go through as Buy 1 get 2nd 1/2 price.

Bought some serum for 49p each and only had to pay 73 for both!:j

    Spent £58
    Got £39 in points!:T

I ordered the No7 mirror at half price and some R+M nail varnish and 2 17 eyeshadows to get the GWP.

So I paid for the mirror and got the rest free!:T

    I even remembered Quidco!

Thanks crazyposhgal,I might be able to keep my eyebrows under control now!

Dotchas, I'm sure you won't regret buying the mirror. It is brilliant.:T

I once had an order that was still saying "being processed" even when it had been delivered. They hadn't charged my card and when I rang customer service to ask what was happening they said it hadn't yet been dispatched and did I want to cancel?! Tempted though I was, I told them I'd already received it, and they credited 1000 points to my card for my honesty!!
If it's not come by tomorrow then call them, but don't worry!

TBH that's exactly what happened to me when I first used it. I mean the shock, not the Bachs Rescue :rotfl: But then you get used to it and you can't imagine doing without it anymore....just like Bootsing!:rotfl:

I hope this is the right place for posting, forgive me if it's not. Boots is giving away 500points on Ruby & Millies (makeup) products. I was just having a look at the website and registering for a card.

Also, I'm sorry if it's been posted already
