3D secure is currently still optional and arguably to the detriment of the consumer as its shifts the burden of proof (at least from a practical view point if not a legal one)0 -

Ordering anything from T&M was your first mistake. Two years ago I ordered plants. Half of them arrived in a state of dying. Last year they arrived a full six weeks late from the time I was quoted. No replies to complaint emails either time. Stay away and buy local.0
