Maybe Amazon should - it would reduce those impulse one click purchases made after a few glasses of wine.

Exactly, whats in it for them?

3D secure is currently still optional and arguably to the detriment of the consumer as its shifts the burden of proof (at least from a practical view point if not a legal one)

I have just purchased TomTatos from Thompson & Morgan from your site and only discovered afterwards that their site was not "verified by Visa". Surely this doesn't make sense?

    What's a TomTato?

Keep in mind verified is a service offer by Visa to vendor and the vendor need to pay for this.

Wrong way round, vendors have to pay to not have it (beyond the cost of changing their sites to support it)

Ordering anything from T&M was your first mistake. Two years ago I ordered plants. Half of them arrived in a state of dying. Last year they arrived a full six weeks late from the time I was quoted. No replies to complaint emails either time. Stay away and buy local.

MoneyExpert and moneysavingexpert sites look COMPLETELY different. When coming in to post, didn't this difference ring a bell at all? Just asking.
Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.
