If you collected the items from a local branch surely at some point in the next few weeks/months you will be passing the same or another branch so you could just drop it off at no cost to yourself and maybe try to claim fuel costs.
The stores are all on retail parks that you are likely to be visiting anyway.
not a problem anymore, picked up some boxes while out shopping and they will pay for the day i have to take tomorrow for it to be collected.
problem solved, got a different employee and problem was resolved in 25mins....

that stayed in my bank account and was used to increase morgage repayments to make my life easier in 20years time+, and food. so yeah its hard now but it was used to make my life easier in the long run!0 -
Glad you got it sorted, but couldn't you just pop back into the store, explain what happened and they'll sort it for you? or even then just leave it with them and tell customer service to pick it up from there.?0
