B&Q - Staff member complaint

Where is the best place to aim a complaint at b&q? Some scrote (definitely a staff member) bumped the back of my van and then scuffed his car along it earlier as he was leaving at closing time while some other (very helpful actually) staff members were helping me load some stuff up.
Acciddents happen and the damage to my van is minimal (same cant be said for his poor car though, its got a bad scrape all down the nearside) and not worth worrying about so thats not what I'm bothered about but the guy drove half way accross the car park, got out to check the damage to his car and then drove off without so much as coming back to check the damage he'd done let alone offer up an apology! Not to mention that my poor old disabled dad was sat in the van at the time without a clue what was going on.
There was a cctv camera right above where it happened and several other staff members all saw it take place and seemed shocked that he'd driven off but didn't offer up any info.
I've sent a complaint to the customer enquiry bit on the website but that asks you to specify which store so I'm worried that it will just be directed straight to the store in question and the manager will stick up for his/her staff and bury it. Does anyone have an e-mail address or anything that will definitely go through to head office?
I'm not over reacting here am I?

Normally id say forget it but since he hit your van and drove off id be sitting in the b&q car park at 7am waiting for him.0

was he actually working, using a b and q vehicle ?0

Did you get his Reg no? Go to the police and say he failed to stop after an accident.
If you don't have it, go back and trawl through the car park until you find it and then get the reg.0 -

No it was his own car. I'm not bothered about any kind of claim or anything there's hardly any damage on my van (or at least its that battered it makes no difference, it was still quite a bump though and he'd have no way of knowing what damage had been done because he didn't stop to check.Did you get his Reg no? Thanks. I will if I don't hear anything back from them, I assume I'll find him there on evenings. All I really want from him is an appology for not stopping. I know bad driving happens sometimes and I'm sure he's learned his lesson from the damage he's done to his car but stopping to check his own damage and then shooting of without so much as a word is pretty poor in my opinion, and even more so when on your own employers car park.0 -

I doubt B&Q will get involved in a RTA from an off duty employee outside of work. You just need to follow this up like any other car accident.0 -

Why didn't you go straight back into the store and get details or report him.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

And this
If he knows he hit another car but didn't care to check with the car he hit, then he sounds a bit of a selfish bell.
If you report it to the police he'll possibly be charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving without undue care and attention.
Although this sounds harsh, it's for the best. It might make him think twice about leaving the scene after damaging someone else's car in the future. All your base are belong to us.0 -

How do you know it's a staff member?0

I would be contacting the manager to say your van was hit by another car while you were there and you'd like to get the details from the CCTV before it is recorded over, as it may well be. If the manager recognises the driver as one of his/her own employees, that becomes an issue for them to deal with, if they choose to. In the meantime, report it to the police and let them handle it. I don't normally take the "What if....?!" attitude, but what if it HAD been serious damage? This idiot needs a lesson.0
