Can you beat these quotes from Direct Holidays & Going places for 1 week at Sol Mastines/Chihuahuas Hotel departing from Cardiff on 11/8/07 £1071 including transfers and inflight meals:

Desired destination: Majorca (will also consider mainland Spain, Portugal, Greece or Canaries)
Which airport/ports? Cardiff
Holiday Travel Dates. 11/8/07 can go a few days after but have to be home by 23/08/07
Duration of holiday: 7-10days
Number of people travelling: 2 adults 1 child age 12
Type of holiday? family
Board basis? – 1/2 board or AI
Budget around £1000 for 1 week. prepared to pay more for longer..
Any specific requirements: at least 3* Pool and some evening entertainment preferred. Air con would be good. Family friendly.

That's right - if you have a look at the first post of this thread it gives the full details of how this thread works.

Try listing the price you've had so far and then a travel agent will see whether they can "beat the quote". One glance at your current lowest price and they'll be able to tell whether they can beat it or not.
