I have pop ups appearing as new tabs or on the existing page almost every time I click a link or a new tab. I have run Malwarebytes, Anvi Smart defender and Adwcleaner but nothing is working.
I have windows 7 Ultimate running. Any ideas??

in your browsers (all of them installed), manually go into Settings and remove all dodgy search engines and home pages. Do a disk cleanup and delete browsing histories, etc. and see how you go.......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

Use this http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ to find / remove viruses/spyware
Then after its run - use Malwarebytes Free Edition from here
https://www.malwarebytes.org/
and do a scan with that.0 -
which browser, which antivirus is installed. Avast if you're still using it has browser cleanup and junk removal functionality
If you have more than one browser, try the other one
Uninstall whatever unwanted extra's you've added recently in control panel, and or do a system restore to before it started.
disable all your browser addons, in all browsers, post a hijackthis log
You had delta search installed previously, these things come bundled with software, so pay attention to what is being installed!!

Housecall is scanning at the moment, looks like it could take some time. I'm using Chrome with Avast. I have tried IE and there is no problem with that, so looks like it's an issue with Chrome. I haven't got any extras to uninstall. I can run hijackthis, but I don't know how to post a log?Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0
