It is too fast to make any sensible judgments about junctions, bends, road conditions etc. I know as i have done 135 mph, and no I was not breaking the law as I was on an unrestricted autobahn in Germany. The bike vibrates, the wind noise and power also makes your vision wobbly too. One minute you are on your own and then next you are screaming up to the traffic in front of you.
150 mph may be too fast for you or your bike, not for me or my bike. If you have a vibrating bike and wobbly vision at 135mph it's time to change bikes. My bike is completely stable up to it's top speed, and it's 20 years old, - never had wobbly vision yet at considerably faster than that.0 -

Quite a few times ive almost been knocked off my bike by car drivers doing the above.
Us car drivers hate the drivers that do this too!
The road into our housing estate is wide enough for two cars, but only just. Many visitors to the estate seem to think it's single track (it's not; there are road markings!) and many residents have come a cropper of visitors turning into the estate and scraping down their wing as they're incapable of turning properly.0 -
Is this motorcyclist arrogant or just stupid?

I realise that the cyclist shouldn't have been using his phone, but this doesn't appear to have contributed to the incident in any way.0 -

So he comes up behind a cyclist, obviously takes issue with him being on the phone, deliberately accelerates into the side of him and knocks him off in the middle of a busy road with oncoming traffic.
This is certainly GBH with intent...I'd suggest category 2....5-9 years.
Possibly aggravated further by subsequently bragging about it on the internet.
If he'd hit the guy with a baseball bat, that's what he'd be looking at...I don't really see what difference it makes that he chose to hit him with a bike instead.
The police really have to start acknowledging that motor vehicles are deadly weapons and handing out sentences that recognise this. A bus driver tried to run me down once (quite deliberately, yelled abuse at me afterwards etc, all caught on camera). I really fail to see why this isn't attempted murder...I think it all boils down to paperwork for the police tbh.0 -

OMG I just watched the whole video
(http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=625_1400802712)
The policewoman is just an utter asshat. Completely unwilling to listen to the cyclist at all once she heard he was on the phone... Really think someone needs to have a strong word with her about actually trying to listen to both sides...0 -
Is the policewoman a "real" one as opposed to a PCSO? (I'm not sure how to tell the difference from the video).
Whatever she is, I agree that her superiors should be speaking to her.
I don't know if the police are able to take any action simply on the basis of the video, but I certainly hope that they can and do so.0
