    I'm sure if you check properly, you will see that the hem might have come down a bit, and you can get a refund?

    Firstly that's fraud. We don't advocate that here.

    Secondly the could repair or replace. They still don't have to refund.

    Thirdly the OP has already made a fuss about it to the shop. You think they're that daft they won't realise she's ripped it herself?
