Does any of this argy bargy detract from my original contention that banning commercial vehicles from communal parking is not unreasonable?

It's not communal parking, it's a road. Beyond that you know nothing about the circumstances obtaining at this site.

For a property magnate you seem to have some pretty down-market neighbours Mr B. And for your information I would object most vehemently to a harlequin painted police vehicle parked anywhere near Castle Deep, (although I would not object if the Chief Constable parked his Jaguar near the gate house).

So you know nothing of the area I live in nor have you ever met my neighbours that also include police officers, fire officers and CEOs yet you make a sweeping statement that my neighbours are down-market ?

I'd suggest if your house is burgled or on fire you don't ring 999 with a poxy attitude like that to other people who probably contribute more to society in one month that you ever have in your whole working life.

I could of course make an equally sweeping generalisation and suggest that at the age of 74 you're probably racist, homophobic, senile and spend the day peeing your pants.

I do like in when my adversary gets personal. And I am certainly not senile.

I point you to post #18 where it started to get personal - your post I believe ?

I think that your that your accusation of "utter drivel" in post 11 started the ball rolling.

No, that is fact. Your claim that no PPC would ever do court over a ticket issued in a residents permit scheme area WAS utter drivel because it was factually wrong .... as Coupon Mad pointed out.

No she did not, she subsequently admitted that she was wrong.

Furthermore, my contention was not about any old contravention in a residents' car park, my advice was specific to residents ticketed in their OWN SPACES.

    Do try to keep up.
