urgent help my tesco card has been hacked

Options
I need some advice. I have just checked my clubcard account for the first time since Christmas and I was saving up for a special pressie for my husband and best friends 50th birthday. We use Tesco credit card for our business and I get loads of points. There should have been tons of points and in excess of 500 quid in vouchers. Tonight I looked and there is NOTHING! It also shows 69 pounds having been spent this week and I haven't used any vouchers since Christmas. It most certainly has been hacked. The website asked for digits in my clubcard which I have never been asked for before - has anyone come across that. At this present moment I could cry. Has anyone else had their account hacked and what do Tesco do?

Thanks, just been reading that Tesco aren't very helpful in cases like this. My May statement alone was worth £210 quid and I stupidly threw out my paper statements as I thought I had them all on line. Looked into that history and there are some odd things shown where it says points cancelled then replaced. I am worried as my password isn't the same as any other and I am very good with phishing. I also have good virus protection so now worried what else someone might of got into and how they did it.

Ring them, as it could be a simple mistake on their part. I once asked for some soon to be expiring vouchers to be reissued, but when I tried to use the replacements they had zero value. They were able to trace the fact that the person taking my call had mistakenly reissued some later dated vouchers (not obvious to me as the numbers change on reissue).

Perhaps they have a record of where the transactions took place , so you can demonstrate that you could not possibly have been in that place ( eg at work ?).

Possibly they have details of the address to which goods were sent and can tie this in with goods ordered from another hacked account, so incriminating the recipient.

    Daily Telegraph January 2014.

"Until October 2013, all that was required to log in was an email address and a password. Since October, as an additional protection, Tesco requires account holders to include their Clubcard number."

My credit card points never show up in my online account, only those accrued from shopping instore. I have to use the codes on the paper coupons for those.

I was wondering when you said you'd "thrown them away" (the paper vouchers) did you shred them or just put them into a bin? It could be someone has gone through your bins which itself is worrying if that is the case as there could be other more important things to worry someone may have also found. Maybe check other accounts you have just to be safe.
